Currently I'm working as a Lead Product Designer at Preply  where I help shape the future of the effective learning for more than 1 million students.

I’m passionate about people. I find  joy when products  that I build are enjoyed by customers or when I see my team members growing and learning.

When I'm not at work, I am probably dancing, exploring new food or watching The Wire once again.

2020-Current

  1. Worked in close collaboration with our Design Director to grow our Design team from 3 to 23 designers.
  2. Mentored and managed a design team, provided feedback, and tried to find ways to improve their work and help them grow.
  3. Helped define our product and design strategy.
  4. Led the design for a new product vertical launch.
  5. Improved our research processes by integrating remote usability studies and shared knowledge base.
  6. Launched 60 CR focused  A/B tests with an average success rate of 18%.

Preply
Senior Product Designer (Retention)
2018 - 2020

  1. Launched 120+ retention focused A/B tests which helped improve the LTV by ≈10%.
  2. Worked closely with research and data analytics teams to find important product insights.
  3. Contributed to Preply’s component-based design system.
  4. In collaboration with other designers launched Preply’s video conferencing tool which has been used by 1M+ users.
  5. Led the design overhaul of the messaging experience on Preply. Current usage 500,000+ messages daily.
